qathet Regional District (qRD) is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to develop or source an existing risk management framework, appropriate for use by the qRD, to address risks associated with the assets that support our regional services. The framework must outline an approach to identify, assess, classify, prioritize, track and manage risk. The successful proponent will work with qRD staff using the framework to prepare a risk profile for a select number of qRD services and to assign a criticality rating to assets.
