The qathet Regional District (qRD) is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to prepare a Community Wildfire Resiliency Plan (CWRP) that builds on the successes of previous Community Wildfire Protection Plans and guides community wildfire resiliency, FireSmart, and emergency preparedness initiatives for the next ten (10) years.

The CWRP is a collaborative project led by the qathet Regional District’s Regional Emergency Preparedness Service. The collaborating partners in this CWRP project are Tla’amin Nation and the City of Powell River.

The RFP submission deadline is August 11, 2023 at 4 pm. You can review the RFP on BC Bid.
