Regular hours of operation are Monday – Saturday, 8am – 5pm. Closed statutory holidays.
Self-Haul Organics Pilot Program
Food waste and yard waste can be dropped off for FREE at four locations.
- Food Waste (under 50 litres or 20 pounds) can be brought to the Resource Recovery Centre Recycling Depot (4924 Marine Ave) Monday thru Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Food Waste (over 50 litres or 20 pounds) can be brought to the Resource Recovery Centre Transfer Station (4924 Marine Ave) Monday thru Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Food Waste (under 50 litres or 20 pounds) can be brought to the Tla’amin Recycling Depot (near the Salish Centre) Tuesday thru Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Yard Waste* (up to 2-yards) can be brought to the Resource Recovery Centre Transfer Station (4924 Marine Ave) Monday thru Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
*Invasive plants and branches over 2″ in diameter cannot be included in yard waste.
