Write a Letter to the Board of Directors

If you wish to submit written correspondence to the Board of Directors, it must:

 

  • Be addressed to the “The qRD Board”, “Chair and Board” or “Board of Directors”; and
  • Contain your full name and mailing address.

If you wish to send written correspondence to one Director, please contact the representatives directly.

 

 

Deadline for Receipt of Written Correspondence

The Corporate Officer must receive the correspondence no later than eleven days preceding a standing Meeting for the correspondence to be included on the Agenda.

 

Notice of Disclosure of Personal Information

All submissions will form part of the public record. Your correspondence, with your name and address will appear on the Agenda under the correspondence section. Personal phone numbers and email addresses will be redacted.

 

In accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the qathet Regional District may collect and disclose personal information.
