The qathet Regional District (qRD) seeks to retain, through a qualitative Request for Proposal (RFP) process and evaluation, a Design-Builder consisting of design-build construction contractor, prime consultant (architect) and associated sub-consultants and subcontractors to design, construct, and deliver an extensive upgrade of the Northside Community Recreation Centre.
